BICS Policies

THE FOLLOWING POLCIES have been set regarding the Business Directory and BICS:

• All businesses hosting with EMCS.net will be listed in the directory.
• Inclusion in the Business Directory is voluntary. Businesses may request that their web site or business name be removed from the directory.
• Brief descriptions will be provided of businesses with links to their web sites.
• There will be one entry for each business location.
• EMCS.net reserves the right to remove references in the business directory to any businesses at its discretion.
• Businesses must be in good standing with EMCS.net.
• EMCS.net will not distribute the entire list in whole or in part to anyone, with the exception of our partner groups.
• EMCS.net undertakes to work keep the list as current as possible.

Consent to Monitoring and Disclosure
EMCS.net is under no obligation and does not assume any obligation to monitor the information residing on or transmitted to this service. However, anyone using this service agrees that EMCS.NET may monitor the contents periodically to (1) comply with any necessary laws, regulations, or other governmental requests; (2) to operate the service properly or to protect itself and its users.
